Self Employed Architect Required , Limassol

We are a Business Consultancy Firm headquartered in London and has a branch in Cyprus. We are looking for a Self Employed Architect who can assist our clients with their building projects in Limassol. This is a self employed role and we will work together case by case basis. We will probably give you 5 to 10 projects per year depending on your skills and performance. We will first try you with few small projects in order to get to know each other. 

We would like to team up with an Architect who possess the following qualities.

Required Qualities.

1. Fluent in English.

2. Familiar with Spanish style Mediterrenean Homes.

3. Minimum 2 years of previous experience. Must be self employed.

4. Based in Limassol.

5. Project Management Skills.

6. Flexible and Coachable. ( MUST)

7. Good Listener. ( MUST)

Package

1. Self Employed basis payment for per project.

2. Market Price for Projects.

3. we will probably give you 5 to 10 clients for the first year and this will increase as we build the trust and experience together.
