We are seeking to recruit a Junior Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.

Job Description:

• Monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures and procedures of the Company making necessary amendments to ensure compliance with CySEC requirements;
• Providing support to the Compliance Department to fulfil the Company’s reporting obligations;
• Complying with KYC requirements and keep records in our database updated;
• Preparing the training and educating material to be sent to the staff of the Company in respect with the AML/CFT function according to the Law;
• Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication, materials and publications for compliance with regulations;
• Providing assistance to maintain records of internal approvals, personal trading statements, communications with authorities etc.
• Responding to AML/CFT compliance queries from company personnel and counterparties;
• Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance in unison;

Requirements:

• Degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, law, or any other related field;
• Previous experience would be considered as an advantage;
• CySEC Advanced Certificate would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken);
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• The ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines;
• Organized, diligent, and able to pay attention to detail.
