MARKS & SPENCER in Nicosia is looking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic individual to fulfil the position of Store Commercial Manager.

Job Description:

• Provide support with the development of a sales plan by identifying opportunities across all the M&S Stores and departments.
• Drive sales through implementation of the marketing and store presentation principles for all seasonal launches, sale events, promotions, offers, etc.
• Collect information about sales, customer preferences, competitor activity and pass them on to the relevant teams.
• Review and analyse sales figures to identify opportunities to develop sale performance across all store departments.
• Drive and lead accurate stock management and timely implementation of seasonal updates and events in line with the Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles.
• Drive operational excellence e.g. stock accuracy.
• Ensures the stores are ‘Ready To Trade’ and corporate retail standards are maintained.
• Maximise turnover and profit and affect sensible cost control.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in relevant fields
• Previous experience with sales analysis and reporting is a must
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft office e.g. word and Excel
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
