Xenios Stephanou & Associates L.L.C. is a respected market leader in the property market of Cyprus. The company is currently seeking to employ individuals to join our team of qualified professionals and work as Property Valuers, at our office in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and carry out onsite property inspections.
• Carry out market sales research using the data provided.
• Produce detailed valuation reports, utilizing information and data from the research.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or Master's degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Fluent in Greek.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisation, analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Member of ETEK or working towards membership.
• Member of RICS or working towards MRICS qualification will be considered as positive.
