SBGT Solutions Limited, a new business in Cyprus, is currently seeking to employ a Lead Senior BackEnd Developer to join the team. Your role as a BackEnd Developer is to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. If you have a solid background in backend software engineering and development and if you are interested in moving up in your career, we would like to meet you.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing applications based on technical specifications, a given architecture and in accordance with accepted development processes
• Meeting deadlines and quality requirements
• Produce automated tests to cover code developed
• Ensure that code delivers on non-functional requirements
• Seek and identify opportunities to improve the code within our systems
• Reviewing code for issues and identifying improvements
• Produce clean, readable, solid code
• Convert requirements into functioning code utilizing best practices and company standards

Requirements:

• Strong .Net development experience (C#, .NET, WebAPI, SQL, MVC)
• Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as Data Structures, Memory Management and Multi-threading
• Good SQL skills
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker / Containerization and Cloud technologies
• At least 5 years of software development experience covering .NET is essential
