Our growing company is seeking to hire a coordinator/ supervisor to coordinate and organize our ongoing company software development and Information Technology projects that are outsourced from third parties. Applicant is required to possess the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business teams through strong communication skills as well as technical and business expertise

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring the ongoing project plans related to Software Development and Information Technology matters
• Organizing, attending and participating in management and software developers’ meetings as well as preparation of presentations in that respect.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project changes.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and seeks solutions where applicable.

Applicant preferably has:

• A degree in Business studies/management
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related subjects.
• 3+ years’ experience in related field.
• Good understanding of software development matters to coordinate with outsourced software developments.
• Ability to work autonomously under the direction from senior team members.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills (English).
• Ability to work on tight deadlines effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• MUST have valid employment permit, Clean Criminal Record and Non-bankruptcy Certificate
• Living in Limassol area (Preferably)
