Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Legal Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Secretary;

Responsibilities:

  • Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately
  • Streamline document filing process ensuring their availability at all times
  • Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the system
  • Typing and formatting legal documents and prepare witness summons
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, fax etc.) in a professional manner
  • Maintain calendar and manage agendas for court cases
  • Plan Office Meetings
  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Undertake general office administration tasks
  • Handling the petty cash and issuing invoices and receipts
  • Welcoming visitors, clients and associates
  • Ability to attend out of office activities (such as banks, post office etc.) if needed

Qualifications:

  • University Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies or related field
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong sense of professionalism, loyalty and discretion
