Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Legal Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Secretary;
Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately
- Streamline document filing process ensuring their availability at all times
- Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the system
- Typing and formatting legal documents and prepare witness summons
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, fax etc.) in a professional manner
- Maintain calendar and manage agendas for court cases
- Plan Office Meetings
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing couriers
- Undertake general office administration tasks
- Handling the petty cash and issuing invoices and receipts
- Welcoming visitors, clients and associates
- Ability to attend out of office activities (such as banks, post office etc.) if needed
Qualifications:
- University Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies or related field
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong sense of professionalism, loyalty and discretion
