Responsibilities

• Operations management, supervision and coordination of the development offering
• Reporting to the Board of Directors
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Budgets preparation and monitoring
• Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
• Ensuring the five-star service to the residents
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate/Property Management or Mechanical/Building engineering
• Work experience in managerial position
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English and Greek required, Russian would be an advantage
