Our client, a well-established CySEC regulated Investment Firm, located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Retention Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the Company’s products and services
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
• Dealing with client inquiries and requirements via email and telephone.
• Continuously providing clients with market updates
• Ensure timely follow up of all contacts
• Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and in one of the following languages: Swedish, Dutch, German (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in the industry will be considered an advantage
• Ability to manage day-to-day sales functions
• Strong communication skills
• Trustworthiness and reliability
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
