Our client is a real estate development company with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and they are looking to recruit a Approvals Engineer

The Approvals Engineer will take responsibility for the delivery of the company's project approvals as part of new high rise mixed-use real estate project developments 

Job responsibilities: 

• Provide coordination and guidance on the technical approval and legislative requirements for the project management team 
• Manage the process of applying for and gaining the required certification/licenses/agreements through liaison with
• Approval Authorities (EAK, SBLA, etc.)
• Interpret Cyprus approval standards and address them to project design process
• Close liaison with local architect and engineers to assure local requirements and specific hotel requirements implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Projects management experience in Cyprus (10+ years)
• Cyprus top-developer/top projects experience is required 
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Greek required, Russian would be an advantage
• No work permit requirements
