Due to continuous expansion of our global operations, we currently seek to hire an Office Administrator to join our IT Development centre based in Nicosia.

Job Description:

  • Manage phone calls & correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Meeting and greeting visitors/ arranging conference meetings
  • Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
  • Track stocks of office supplies & lace orders when necessary
  • Assisting with the planning of corporate events
  • Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side

Person Specification:

  • Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration Studies
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, oral and written
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Prior experience in the FX market will be considered an advantage
