Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Development company based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor; 

Responsibilities:
Reviewing construction plans, preparing and checking quantity and budget requirements
Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
Participation in Value Engineering processes
Liaising with general contractor, external QS, site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
Preparing reports, analyses,  budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Monitor and control costs throughout the project

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar
Construction estimating or finance experienced (7+ years)
Attention to detail and methodical thinking, excellent numeracy
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Cyprus top-developer experience is preferred
Fluent English required, Greek and Russian would be an advantage
No work permit requirements
