A well-establish Group of companies in the marine industry is seeking to recruit an Administration/Operations Executive to join their team in Limassol on a full-time employment.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- Shipping - Business related studies
- Computer literate
- Excellent Customer services skills
- Excellent command of the English, both written and verbal
- Able to work within a team and under pressure
- Readiness to work extra hours if needed
- Time management skills
Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the Company’s database
- Managing, analysing and processing data
- Coordinating with customers and suppliers about deliverables
- Assisting in the marketing/branding of the company’s material
- Liaising with relevant parties for invoicing
A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 14th salaries and provident fund at 3% after the first 6 months of probation period.
