Our client, a mobile connectivity solutions company in Limassol, is looking for a Part-time Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Operations and Sales with operational issues
  • Performing administrative duties
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed
  • Updating logs and order forms
  • Couriering important files
  • Managing records of company policies and procedures
  • Hotels organization for visitors to Cyprus and employees' travel
  • Booking flights for employees traveling. ? Transport locally for visitors and employees (airport pickup, etc). 
  • Research and arrange visas for employees travelling abroad and assist in arranging visas for visitors in Cyprus
  • Administration and logistics organization for demo trips, project deliveries, trainings, support visits
  • Any other reasonable duties as required 

 
Requirements

  • A relevant certificate is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow through. 

Salary based on skills and experience
