Our client, a mobile connectivity solutions company in Limassol, is looking for a Part-time Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Operations and Sales with operational issues
- Performing administrative duties
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed
- Updating logs and order forms
- Couriering important files
- Managing records of company policies and procedures
- Hotels organization for visitors to Cyprus and employees' travel
- Booking flights for employees traveling. ? Transport locally for visitors and employees (airport pickup, etc).
- Research and arrange visas for employees travelling abroad and assist in arranging visas for visitors in Cyprus
- Administration and logistics organization for demo trips, project deliveries, trainings, support visits
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Requirements:
- A relevant certificate is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Superb organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow through.
