Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and maintain adequate Legal, Compliance and AML policies and procedures to ensure that the Company is fully compliant with the requirements of the regulatory authority
• Prepare reports for submission to the authorities and the Company’s Board, per Regulatory body.
• Produce Internal procedural documentation to better serve the clients and staff.
• Conduct Internal reviews to ensure compliance of regulations, internal audit.
• Assess the impact of forthcoming regulations and provide models for the var
• Work closely with all departments to ensure ongoing compliance and educating staff on the newest updates and procedures to follow.
• Liaise with external lawyers as needed, for any Adhoc situations.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of the regulations by providing periodic test and information sessions.
• Train the employees about the new regulations, directives and internal policies
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and directives issued by the authorities, locally and internationally.
• Perform any other legal and compliance related tasks that may be assigned

Requirements

• More than 3 years’ experience in the Compliance or Legal Department in Financial Services
• Understanding the regulations of the Forex Industry
• University Degree in Law
• AML and/or any other related Diploma will be considered as advantage
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, verbal and written
• Dedicated and trustworthy person
