About the role

As the Global Affiliates & IB Manager, you will drive growth and business development across high-potential markets around the world through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Affiliates & IB team to initiate and nurture relationships with our business partners, such as affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Recruit, train, and nurture affiliates and IBs in countries where the Company is active, leveraging your direct knowledge and experience of the local market
• Manage and coach the team, comprising team leads and country managers for each region: South America, Asia, and Africa
• Utilize a variety of tactics – both online and offline – to grow and support the company's network of partners in your designated market
• Define our global partnership strategy, from the channels and tools we use to our outreach and relationship management initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets to expand our partnership network.
• Travel to key markets to establish new partnerships and support existing partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing design and online communication teams to define branding, marketing, and messaging strategies to help our partners improve their user acquisition and retention efforts.

Minimum qualifications

• A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Over 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, business development, and other closely related skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
• Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet potential and existing partners.
• Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of both Financial / Foreign Exchange products
• Business and Financial Acumen mindset

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish and/or German) will be considered an advantage
• Experience in the financial services industry
