Our client, a global CySEC & FCA licensed Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping business and user needs.
• Analyzing business input and creating business requirements and specifications.
• Engaging with business heads to research and understand their needs.
• Providing further amendments and business insight throughout development projects.
• Research competitor technologies and business practices.
• Collaboration with IT Department to develop technical requirements and functional business specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
• 2-3 years of Business Analyst role experience.
• Exposure to CRM (Salesforce/Sugar/Pipedrive/HubSpot) administration/maintenance.
• Experience in Client Portal user experience design.
• Understanding of IT software development cycles.
• Familiarity with various business, project management and IT methodologies.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Transparent team player.
• Excellent command of the English language.
