We are a Single Family Office / Private Investment Office, looking for a bright candidate to join our small team of professionals as an office manager / receptionist.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and operations of a single family office.
- Meeting company’s guests, organizing meeting rooms
- Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
- Arranging the filing system, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Purchasing of office supplies, stationary, snacks, furniture and office equipment
- Arranging transport tickets and accommodation for team members
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
Job Requirements
- Work permit is required
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Fluent level in English, Russian is a must.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
