CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected Law Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and competent senior-level Legal Manager to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5+ of post-qualification experience in both Corporate & Commercial Law and be fluent in both Greek and English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handling clients from banking and financial services.
• Handling both Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Review and preparation of different corporate documents (Contracts, Agreements, SHA, SPA, Resolutions, POA's, M&AA, Registers, Trusts, etc).
• Preparation, Amendment and Review of different legal documents subject for execution by legal entities.
• Following and Complying with KYC and AML procedures according to the applicable laws.
• Supervision and work of junior members of staff.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• LLB with minimum 2:1 Classification, ideally from a UK university.
• LPC or LLM will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience is essential.
• Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
• Ability to multitask and use critical judgment.
• Computer literacy – MS Office.
• Interested in working as part of a dedicated team.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• High professional standards and work ethics.
