HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - LIMASSOL

On behalf our client, a fast-growing multifunctional Company with worldwide operation, specializing in the field of oil and petrochemicals, we seek to recruit a high calibre professional for the position of HR Officer, to be based in Limassol.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of HR related activities within the parameters of the Company’s objectives. This position offers opportunity for advancement at the Company’s Group Level. More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate, amongst other, will be the following:

  • Design, implement and maintain HR procedures, policies and practices in support of the Company’s business goals
  • Identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing HR procedures, policies and practices in general
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment and selection activities in line with the Company’s needs (i.e. vacancy preparation and dissemination, CV evaluation, coordination of interview logistics etc.)
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in accordance with the relevant local legislation
  • Organize and coordinate the induction process for new employees to enhance a positive start of employment with the Company
  • Administer, coordinate and implement learning, training and development activities based on needs and priorities
  • Facilitate the performance management process and provide support to members of staff and management
  • Maintain and update the employee records in an effective and consistent manner while ensuring confidentiality standards
  • Compile and consolidate reports regarding employee-related data (i.e. recruitment, relocations and transfers, performance reviews, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Deal with payroll provision and queries when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • University undergraduate degree (BA / BSc) and postgraduate degree (MA / MSc / MBA) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a Human Resources related role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional judgment and results orientation
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Planning skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage

REMUNERATION

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
