Overview

Give support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms & conditions of the business contracts with the clients.

Job Respnsibilities

• HPE Networking Support / Troubleshooting.
• Cisco Networking, Support / Troubleshooting.
• Checkpoint /Sophos/Palo Alto Firewall Solutions / Support.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network
• and system problems.
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Designing, configuring and testing networking software, network solutions.
• Presales, implementation and support of various network and security Solutions and Services.
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• 3 -5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Network Certification on HPE/Cisco/Palo Alto will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client service skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Fluent in both English and Greek.
