Access Network Support Engineer

Cablenet Communication Systems Ltd seeks to recruit an Access Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will report to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Datacenter in-house and customer rack and stack activities, structured cabling and remote hands
• Interact with Cablenet's Engineers and Technical Support to troubleshoot related issues
• Perform onsite visits to customer premises for rectifying problems on the spot and provide feedback to appropriate department for the problem resolution
• Responsible for creating support tickets and escalating issues to appropriate teams for resolution and notifying affected groups about impacting conditions
• Document and report activities in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related subject is required
• Experience in similar responsibilities for at least 3 years will be considered an advantage
• Cisco Certified Network Associate is not required but will be considered an advantage
• Very good command of both English and Greek language
• Excellent communication skills
