Job Description:
- Special Business systems administration, users support and incidents management to achieve a high level of reliability and efficiency of systems performance;
- Provide daily support on core banking software to users;
- Provide internet banking support;
- Investigate and resolve issues encountered by users;
- Provide core banking software training to new employees;
- Participate in the implementation of new core banking modules or upgrades;
- Raise and monitor software issues with vendors;
- Analyse new and existing banking products, services and business processes and provide recommendation for business process optimization and automation;
- Describe business processes, recommend and implement any changes as needed;
- Perform business analysis for software development/IT projects;
- Compose business requirement documents, translate business requirements into system requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in providing technical support, preferably within financial services;
- Knowledge of financial products e.g. internet banking, direct debits, payments;
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues;
- Good communication and team work skills;
- Knowledge/experience of XML File format;
- T24 experience is desirable;
- Fluency in English and Greek.
