Job Description:

  • Special Business systems administration, users support and incidents management to achieve a high level of reliability and efficiency of systems performance;
  • Provide daily support on core banking software to users;
  • Provide internet banking support;
  • Investigate and resolve issues encountered by users;
  • Provide core banking software training to new employees;
  • Participate in the implementation of new core banking modules or upgrades;
  • Raise and monitor software issues with vendors;
  • Analyse new and existing banking products, services and business processes and provide recommendation for business process optimization and automation;
  • Describe business processes, recommend and implement any changes as needed;
  • Perform business analysis for software development/IT projects;
  • Compose business requirement documents, translate business requirements into system requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in providing technical support, preferably within financial services;
  • Knowledge of financial products e.g. internet banking, direct debits, payments;
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues;
  • Good communication and team work skills;
  • Knowledge/experience of XML File format;
  • T24 experience is desirable;
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
