Job Description

• Client Liaison & research
• Work within the business domain and how it relates to the development of the software applications
• Act as the interface between the business stakeholders and the software development team
• Work with clients on a day to day basis
• Research industry regulations and standards
• Problem solving complex scenarios to create efficiencies for clients
• Analyse the client software functionality needs and channel into a focussed logical development requirement
• Project manage all developments together with the Developers and the client. This covers the development process from resource allocation/prioritisation, analysis, design, piloting and implementation
• Manage all functional and user documentation
• Support relating to the developed systems (2nd level)
• Adhere to company development methodologies and standards
• Analyse, identify and correct software defects arising from production issues
• Manage new client implementations and training

• Travel industry experience is preferred
• Understanding of software requirement and development processes, including agile methodologies
