Are you a marketer, have a passion for Customer Service, are a native Italian speaker, organised and look forward to a challenge? 3CX is looking for an Italian speaking Marketing Executive/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal)
- A good understanding of SEO
- Knowledge and passion for IT
- Attention to detail
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
- Good judgement in prioritising work projects and activities
- An understanding of VoIP and PBX’s would be considered an advantage
- An understanding of Google Analytics and Google Adwords would be considered an advantage
Within the role you will be working as part of a dynamic Marketing/Customer Service Team and will be tasked to:
- Monitor Italian forums and answer forum posts as well as tickets to our Customer and Partner Service Teams
- Translate from English to Italian
- Manage our Italian website
- Proofread and SEO blog posts and press releases in Italian
- Assist with online marketing and social media
