CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding provider of Professional Services with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly knowledgeable Corporate Lawyer to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise the firm and its clients in relation to different fields, mostly on matters of corporate, contract and property law and take an active role in business strategy.
• Assisting in the preparation of minutes, agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents for a wide variety of companies.
• Performing detailed practical research on an array of different areas.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Minimum Upper Second-Class degree in Law.
• LLM in corporate or commercial law will be considered an advantage.
• Qualified Lawyer / Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person with the excellent communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Greek is essential.
• Willingness to handle large volumes of work independently after a short period of training.
• Ability to work well under strict deadlines.
