Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Opening of the Bank Accounts, with all Major well known banks in Cyprus and Overseas for Cyprus and other International jurisdictions.
- Assist clients with their banking requests.
- Obtain details from a client and prepare a Bank Summary, presenting the business successfully to local and international banks, with minimum supervision.
- Consulting with clients regarding bank account opening process and bank options worldwide
- Complete the bank account opening process including relevant KYC/Compliance checks.
- Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate to other departments.
- Maintaining the bank database.
- Assisting own portfolio of clients.
- Documentation of general meetings.
- Preparation of International Business Unit Bank Payment orders/transfers.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University Degree in a Business related subject (Banking, Finance, Administration etc.).
- Previous banking experience in opening bank accounts in Cyprus and internationally is required and essential.
- Pro-active with strong organizational skills; multitasking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong command of written and spoken Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional and confident.
