Human Asset Ltd is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the project Recruitment Cycle process from start to finish. His/her responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing CV screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying possible candidates by screening cvs, participating in personal interviews and assisting other recruiters so the recruitment project can successfully conducted.  Ultimately, the right candidate will help Clients find and hire the most suitable for them professional.

Positions’ Duties and Responsibilities

The right candidate will be responsible to:

• Receive, in cooperation with the project leader, the briefing from clients in order to gain full knowledge on the client’s requirements
• Prepare the proposed Job advertisement for approval by the client
• Coordinate with all job portals in order to post the Vacancy as well as post the  Ad on other professional sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Conduct LinkedIn and Database search
• Screen candidates at the initial stages
• Arrange, coordinate  and conduct the first interviews
• Communicate with candidates promptly providing them with all relevant information in regards to the position and the client  and ensure that they receive the required information for the visit to the offices for an interview
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Participate in recruiting events and career fairs

Positions’ Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Management, HR, Psychology, or any other relevant field
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
