On behalf of our Client, a leading Global Brokerage company with offices around the world, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer to be based at their office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the management team in order to identify staffing needs and conducts workforce planning
- Actively participates in and ensures implementation of the attraction, selection and induction process
- Determines selection criteria and designs relevant assessment tools/interview guides for each position and ensures that management is aware and trained to administer them
- Coordinates with Marketing Department on media plans for recruitment campaigns using different platforms
- Sources potential candidates through various online and offline channels and advises management on hiring
- Fosters a network of long-term strategic partners (recruitment agencies, professional associations, academic institutions, etc.) for recruitment needs
- Handles all legal and employment procedures for new members of the team
- Monitors employees’ needs and their mood within existing working environment and takes measures
- Conducts exit interviews and further arrangements for leaving staff
- Organises and attends job fairs and recruitment events
- Acts as a Brand Ambassador of the company
Main Requirements
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment and selection
- Solid knowledge of social media resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent command of the English language
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Very good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Ability to be multitasking and result-driven
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
