Our client, a Giant Company specializing in the development and marketing of well-known websites, is on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator to join their outstanding team in Nicosia, Cyprus!

Responsibilities:

• Research competitors and industry to discover current trends 
• Create meaningful and captivating posts
• Live video stream coordination and execution at events 
• Prepare social media reports on growth and other metric KPIs such as followers, engagement etc. 
• Manage large social accounts for multiple public brands across a variety of social media platforms
• Develop a distinct, accessible, and engaging voice for each brand
• Promote branded content and talent
• Engage with community members and brand personalities across all social media platforms
• Experiment with new and creative ways to leverage social media activities into building excitement and buzz for each brand
• Develop SFW video content, including skits, promotional stunts, and social challenges
• Grow our social media presence
• Submit regular progress reports

Your Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a social media coordinator for a Global facing company will be considered an advantage
• Expertise in all mainstream social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Hashtags and Keyword research 
• Creative content creation knowledge (video, images) 
• Working experience in social media strategies
• Willingness to monitor trends, react and prepare fitting content 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field will be considered an advantage
• Must be willing to travel
• Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to turn a phrase, write humorous posts, develop catchy slogans, and create engaging content is essential
• Ability to create and execute online social media campaigns
• Self-motivated but able to work within the context of a larger organization to ensure alignment of objectives across teams
• Creative and ‘out of the box’ thinker
• Organized individual able to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Ability to quantitatively assess web analytics and data to adapt creative and business objectives in response to market feedback and user activity trends
• Expertise publishing or participating on blogs, social news, video/photo sharing, social networking applications, widgets/gadgets and viral marketing campaigns
• Self-motivated
• Preferably knowledgeable about the adult industry
• German language knowledge will be considered as a plus
