This IT Support role is with an established international organisation that is expanding. You will be a member of the IT department within this Industry leading organisation, offering desk support while ensuring the smooth operation of platforms.

As part of the IT Support team, you will be contributing to a diverse and people-oriented environment, while learning and advancing alongside accomplished professionals.

Reporting to the Senior Desk Engineer, you will be providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to the organisation’s hardware and operating systems.

Role / Opportunity:

• Monitoring the operation of trading platforms.  
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of systems, platforms, and applications
• Solving issues that may arise and troubleshooting
• Providing support to staff members

Experience: 

• Minimum one year of experience in IT Support
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Knowledge of VMware
