CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a distributor of leading international professional haircare, beauty and salon brands across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Paphos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and growing sales across a portfolio of professional haircare and beauty brands. Our client is seeking applicants who hold prior experience in sales, with any specific experience in B2B sales within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or a related industry considered a plus. You will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a 13th salary, and attractive commission plan. Standard working hours are from 08:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday, and access to a company car during the working week is available.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including hair salons, barbershops and beauty businesses.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and present products and new brand offerings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or a related industry.
• Fluent in both Greek and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of the professional haircare or beauty industry will be considered an advantage.
