The Role:

We are looking for a Technical Engagement Executive to act as the main link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technical projects are well planned, delivered on time, and aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on coordinating technical engagements, managing stakeholders, and supporting successful solution delivery. You will work closely with the Systems Engineers team, IT Department, Group business units, and third-party collaborators to turn technical requirements into clear plans, track delivery, and support solution adoption.

Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex technical environments and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for technical engagements related to the Systems Engineers team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success measures, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Work with the IT Department to help ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with stakeholder goals
  • Support the creation of structured schedules, project plans, documentation, and supporting materials
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and emerging issues
  • Identify risks, manage issues, and lead escalations relating to delivery delays, technical blockers, and stakeholder concerns
  • Use metrics to support reporting on KPIs, project status, value delivery, and continuous process improvements
  • Build trusted relationships across technical and business functions while developing a deep understanding of stakeholder environments and requirements
  • Support solution adoption, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant hybrid technical role, with proven experience in technical account management or solution delivery
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business or system design and analysis, and coordinating IT projects or technical initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, software integration, and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to understand complex technical environments and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate system performance and identify improvements
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, and efficient, with strong project management capabilities and the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to cope with stress, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The following will be considered an advantage:

  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders across complex environments or third-party collaborators
  • Experience supporting solution adoption, optimisation, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience contributing to KPI, project-status, or value-delivery reporting
  • Exposure to technical account management, solution delivery, or hybrid technical roles
  • Knowledge of project planning and delivery practices in an IT or systems-engineering environment

Benefit from:

  • Attractive remuneration package
  • Private health insurance
  • Corporate pension fund
  • Intellectually stimulating work environment
  • Continuous personal development and international training opportunities
