As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-line support for day-to-day IT queries and technical issues. As part of your role, you will support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who hold 0-2 years of experience in a relevant role. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Provide first-line support for day-to-day IT queries and technical issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other office equipment.
• Assist with user accounts, access rights and device setup.
• Support the day-to-day operation of IT systems and applications.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Support IT security processes and follow established policies and procedures.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; Recent Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking, computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Well organised, proactive, reliable and a collaborative team player.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
