Job Title: Russian Speaking Real Estate & Property Lawyer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Russian Speaking Real Estate & Property Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of real estate matters, offering legal expertise in property transactions, contracts, leases, development projects, and relevant matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and review of real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.

• Advising clients on property acquisitions, sales, financing, and development projects.

• Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and risk assessments.

• Representing clients in real estate conveyances.

• Providing strategic legal guidance to support client objectives and needs.

• Communication with Governmental Authorities, banks and financial institutions, counterparties, etc.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Law.

• Proven experience of at least 3 years practicing real estate law.

• Strong knowledge of real estate related laws, and contract laws.

• Fluent in English and Greek and with good knowledge of Russian

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Client-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
