The successful candidate will be accountable for guest satisfaction, accommodation quality, operational efficiency, departmental profitability, team performance, and service delivery, while working closely with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and other departments to optimise room revenue, protect the resort's assets, and deliver a seamless, personalised, and memorable guest experience.
