Civil Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
• Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project quality, progress, timelines, and costs
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues
• Support projects through all stages of construction up to final handover

Our Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in construction and/or residential development
• Strong technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively on site
• Cyprus construction experience will be considered a strong advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
