The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound order management.

• Organize delivery allocations and manage stock levels with accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service levels.

• Motivate and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure high standards of organization, safety, and housekeeping.

• Collaborate across teams to maintain smooth workflows and optimize operational processes.

• Utilize SAP Business One and other warehouse tools to support inventory control and reporting.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or operations role within a company environment.

• Strong leadership and task management skills with a collaborative approach.

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.

• Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability.

• Familiarity with warehouse management tools and housekeeping best practices is a plus.
