We are seeking for a well-organized Fleet Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team at Hertz Cyprus. The ideal candidate will fully support our Fleet Maintenance Dept.

Main Duties

• Prepare documentation regarding car maintenance approvals
• Handle and monitor company’s cars’ maintenance and repair matters
• Support organizing and auditing of car maintenance procedures
• Communicate daily with customers and suppliers
• Perform various general office responsibilities in the Maintenance dept. such as answering the telephone, handling mail, filling all relevant documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• High school graduate. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field will be considered as an asset
• Technical background although not a prerequisite will be considered as an asset
• Proficient use of English and Greek language in written and oral communication
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Effective communication skills via phone and e-mail
• Enthusiastic personality, with a team spirit
