Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Corporate Travel Consultant at Airsmiles Travel. The role involves managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and ticketing, and offering expert travel consulting services to corporate clients, groups and individuals.

Qualifications

• Travel consulting and travel management skills.
• Experience in travel arrangements and reservations.
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems, Sabre or Amadeus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and technologies.
• Previous experience and a university degree will be considered an advantage.
