L.T Flamingo Paradise LTD is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for the 2027 season.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines excellent restaurant management skills with a passion for hospitality—someone who inspires their team, builds strong guest relationships and maintains consistently high service standards.

Your role

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, motivate and support the team, setting clear expectations and leading by example.

• Deliver a welcoming and attentive guest experience.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality.

• Encourage effective upselling through thoughtful recommendations.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

About you

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant leadership position is essential.

• Proven experience in à la carte restaurant operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.

• Strong upselling skills and a commercially minded approach.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A positive, confident and professional attitude.

• Ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

• Leadership grounded in integrity, respect and accountability.
