Licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC License No. 282/15), 50K operates under strict European standards with segregated client accounts to protect customer funds.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s risk management framework, policies, and risk appetite parameters.
• Monitor market, credit, operational, liquidity, and counterparty risks, ensuring robust capital adequacy assessment and reporting.
• Prepare and submit accurate periodic risk reports to CySEC and the Board of Directors.
• Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to safeguard platform operations and client assets.
• Stay up to date with CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulatory updates, adapting internal procedures to mitigate emerging risks.

What we're looking for

• Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• More than 1 year of risk management experience within a CySEC-regulated Investment Firm (CIF) will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of MIFID II, IFR/IFD, capital adequacy metrics, and operational risk frameworks.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, integrity, and strong communication skills for reporting at Board level.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
