Retail Cura runs Marks & Spencer stores in Cyprus and Romania. Our IT & Data team supports the ERP, point-of-sale and data systems used across stores, warehouses and head office.

The role

As IT Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with practical systems and process improvements. You will work with teams across retail operations, warehouses, finance and head office to understand requirements, analyse processes and data, support system changes and ensure solutions are tested and adopted effectively. You will report to the Head of IT & Data.

What you will do

• Gather, clarify and document business requirements from stores, warehouses and head-office teams.

• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.

• Review data and system outputs, investigate issues and help identify root causes and practical solutions.

• Support system implementations, upgrades and process changes, including user guidance and post-launch follow-up.

• Maintain process maps, requirements, test records and simple user documentation.

• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to monitor deliverables and resolve issues.

• Assist with reporting and analysis using Excel and other available tools.

What you bring

• A degree or diploma in business information systems, computer science, engineering, data, finance, operations or a related field.

• Experience in business analysis, systems support, process improvement, reporting or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good Excel skills and confidence working with systems, reports and structured data.

• Ability to gather information, challenge unclear requirements and document needs in a clear, practical way.

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.

• A collaborative, organised approach and the ability to manage several priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, point-of-sale, retail, warehouse or supply-chain systems.

• Exposure to Microsoft systems and applications, reporting tools or SQL.

• Experience with process mapping, user acceptance testing or vendor coordination.
