LLTLAW is recruiting for a Receptionist / Front Office Officer to join our office in Paphos, Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the reception area

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

• Manage appointments and maintain office calendars

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

• Maintain an organized reception and office area

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience in a similar position (an advantage)

• High school diploma or relevant qualification

Skills and Experience

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant and professional personality

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently

Other Professional Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Word

• Basic computer skills and ability to handle office equipment

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 08:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
