CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a fast-paced technology company with offices in Limassol, we would like to recruit a number of reliable and professional Customer Support Representatives to assist users and creators of a well-known adult content platform. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting users with account-related questions, payments, subscriptions, technical issues, content access, and general platform inquiries. You will communicate with customers professionally and discreetly, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Our client is seeking applicants who hold previous experience in a relevant customer service role, who are fluent in both verbal and written English. Prior experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk will be considered an advantage. Rotational shift patterns apply for these positions (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00 & 00:00 – 08:00) including weekends.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Assist with account registration, login, verification, and profile issues.
• Resolve payment, billing, refund, and transaction-related questions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and streaming problems.
• Support models/creators with account and platform-related questions.
• Escalate complex technical, payment, safety, or compliance issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow company policies regarding privacy, age verification, content moderation, and user safety.
• Oversee basic fraud and compliance duties.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Handle sensitive or adult-content-related inquiries professionally and discreetly.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Prior experience in a customer-service role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused adult entertainment environment.
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift-patterns, including weekends.
