Commercial Support & Reporting Officer

Nicosia, Cyprus

Coffee Island is a leading coffee brand, operating successfully in 14 countries with a network of more than 500 coffee shops and points of sale. We are real explorers and invest heavily in knowledge and innovation, as they are the driving forces behind our success. Our vision is to establish ourselves as international leaders and pioneers in the coffee world.

As we further strengthen our operations in Cyprus, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Commercial Support & Reporting Officer to contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of our Commercial and Business Development team through effective coordination, data management and reporting.

The Role

As a Commercial Support & Reporting Officer, you will work closely with our Commercial and Business Development team, combining administrative coordination with data analysis and reporting. You will organize business information, prepare reports and presentations, and track key performance indicators, helping the team manage their daily activities and make informed decisions.

This is an opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with numbers, organizing information and collaborating with colleagues. The position is based at our offices in Nicosia and requires daily on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Commercial and Business Development department.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, presentations and business documentation.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, record key actions and follow up on agreed tasks and deadlines.
  • Collect, organize and check data from internal systems and different departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and update regular Excel reports and dashboards to track sales, store performance and other key business indicators.
  • Participate in costing processes and contribute to pricing policy recommendations.
  • Identify basic trends and variances, and present findings in a clear and practical way.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support commercial and business development activities.
  • Help improve reporting templates and everyday processes to make work more accurate and efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Some initial experience in data analysis, reporting or business support, ideally up to two years. Relevant internship experience is also welcome.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charts, and confidence using Word and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to organize, interpret numerical information and turn it into clear reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and English.
  • A collaborative approach, willingness to learn and a responsible attitude towards confidential information.

What We Offer

  • A stable and growing international environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting commercial and business development activities.
  • Opportunities to develop your analytical, reporting and organizational skills.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture, with a structured onboarding process designed to help you integrate smoothly and feel part of the team from day one.
  • The chance to contribute directly to the success of the Coffee Island network in Cyprus.

Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to [email protected], quoting reference code “CSR-1026”.

All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality. After the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview.
