Job Overview:
Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a business function and multinational team supporting project management across the company as well as project portfolio decision-making. We do this by providing Wargaming managers with frameworks, tools and knowledge – so that they can effectively plan and deliver. We believe in continuous improvement of processes, effectiveness and collaboration.

What will you do?

Project data & analytics:

• Maintain project portfolio assets, communications and databases
• Create, manage and distribute project reports
• Organize efficient reporting flow from project teams to the company management
• Provide data & analytic support for the project teams
• Keep project portfolio records up to date on internal systems/databases

 Project review process:

• Support planning and follow-up of project review meetings
• Update internal systems/databases with project review information
• Contribute to improvements of the project reporting and review process

What are we looking for?

Excellent English, writing and verbal

Excellent skills in:

• office software (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote)
• copywriting and proofreading
• organization and communication

Very high attention to detail and diligence in data management and reporting

Ready to meet deadlines and quality standards, work in multicultural and agile environment

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Knowledge of Russian
• Experience in content & file management & docflows
• Experience as Associate/Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator
• Command of project management software, e.g. Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira), etc
