AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of
GUEST RELATIONS AGENT
Tasks
- Ensuring excellent guest experience at all times
- Problem solving and reporting
The candidates should have:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a position with proven exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
- Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
- Team spirit and pleasant personality.
- Energy and enthusiasm with great listening skills.
- Experience in working at a 4 or 5* hotel or a solid interpersonal background is preferred.
- Additional foreign language is an advantage.
