- Interaction with agents and shipping lines
- Handling of rate requests and bookings
- Preparation of quotations to customers
- Assess and handle problems with clients & agents
- Fully comply with the company’s Health and Safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Working experience in a similar position
- Professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, analyze and communicate information
- Excellent Greek & English: written and verbal skills are essential
- Knowledge of Freightplus Systemwill be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
