Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help maintain and update our websites and web applications to ensure optimum functionality and security. If you have extensive WordPress/PHP experience and a good eye for detail, you are the person we are looking for.

About the Job

• Ensuring functionality, security, and , efficiency, and continuous upgrades of websites and applications.
• Monitor, debug, troubleshoot, and address any frontend or backend problems.
• Adjust existing templates for new designs, track and resolve site errors
• Research & write new plugins and/or make changes to existing ones when needed
• Provide clean, comprehensive documentation for all projects and code changes.
• Monitor Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools and flag or fix any alerts
• Stay current with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO & GEO practices
• Address user complaints/problems

About the Candidate

• Extensive WordPress development experience (Frontend + Backend)
• Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JS, HTML, and CSS is a must
• Experience with versioning systems like Git/GitHub.
• Good understanding of web standards, technologies, and protocols
• Thorough understanding of web security
• Experience working with APIs
• Experience working in a staging/production environment
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to write/maintain clean, optimized, and secure code
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
